Train with my teacher,
Anneriek Favelle
People sign up for yoga teacher training for different reasons. Some want to deepen their practice and explore what lies beneath the physical. Others feel called to teach and hold space for others. And some simply feel a pull they can't quite explain.. like a little whisper that says "you need to walk this path" even when the destination is unclear.
Whatever your reason, choosing who you train with can make all the difference.

I completed my Level 1 (200hrs) with Anneriek in 2019. When it ended, I felt a sense of loss. I wasn't ready to stop learning even though I was excited to start teaching. So in 2021, I returned for Level 2 (150hrs). That's when Anneriek invited me to assist on a retreat, which eventually grew into assisting her teacher trainings since 2022.
Here's what I've learned from training with Anneriek and continuing to work alongside her. She doesn't teach you to be her. She teaches you to find your own voice. You'll dive deep into yoga's ancient teachings and refine your alignment but the real work happens when you start exploring your own patterns, edges and authentic way of holding space.
Anneriek has this ability to take complex concepts and make them click. Not by dumbing them down but by connecting them to real experiences. She's earned her credentials (you can read all about those on her website) but what makes her approach different is how she treats teacher training as transformation, not just certification.

I keep assisting because I'm always learning. Every training I watch her adapt to the students in front of her, meeting them where they are rather than where a curriculum says they should be. She's a lifelong student herself and that perspective shapes how she teaches others to teach.
Anneriek isn't everyone's teacher. Her approach is intimate and asks a lot of you. But if you're looking for training that goes beyond technique and helps you discover how to teach from your own truth, this might be exactly what you're looking for.
Visit Anneriek's website to learn more about her approach and year-long, apprenticeship-style 350-hour training. I'll be there assisting and I'd love to support your journey.
