Bobbiny cords are Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified, meaning they're tested at every production level and free from harmful substances like pesticides, formaldehyde and allergenic dyes. They're safe for people with allergies and gentle on the environment.

Care instructions: Spot clean as needed. Gently brush out the tassel when it becomes unruly. You can spray the tassel with a fabric stiffener to maintain the preferred silhouette. Trim the tassel to your preferred length if desired. Do not place in the washing machine.

Refunds: Because each piece is handmade to your specifications, refunds are only available if the product is faulty.
 
Shipping: Shipping available within Australia only for a flat fee of $12.95. Orders over $100 receive free shipping. Local pickup is free for customers in the Hills District, Sydney - usually available Sundays at 11:30am in Norwest. The option for pickup can be selected under the delivery section at checkout.
